Her previous work experience includes being Managing Director of the Bates Group, and several management positions within Den Norske Bank in the period form 1988 to 2000. She has a business degree from the School of Management in Copenhagen with additional education from France. |

Mr. Rygg joined Eksportfinans in 1988, and has since 1993 held various managerial positions in the company. Mr. Siem holds a degree in Economics from the University of Oslo, and a Masters degree from University of Kent in England. |

Slengesol joined Eksportfinans in April 2010 and has several years of experience within development of wind power in different companies such as Shell and OceanWind.
