Eksportfinans’ annual general meeting for 2020 took place on Thursday March 5, 2020. All proposed cases were resolved, hereunder the approval of the annual report for 2019 including, but not limited to, the approval of NOK 106 million in dividends to the owners for the fiscal year 2019. The annual general meeting elected the board of directors. All board members were re-elected except for Marianne Bergmann Røren who had declined re-election. Line Hødal Torgersen from Danske Bank was elected as a new board member. She is chief operating officer and head of risk in Corporate & Institutions in Danske Bank in Norway since 2019 and has previous experience from different positions within the COO area in Danske Bank since 2014. Line Hødal Torgersen has a bachelor’s degree in business from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen and in addition she has studied for one year at Cass Business School in London.
