Eksportfinans’ annual general meeting for 2022 took place on Thursday March 10, 2022. All proposed cases were resolved, hereunder the approval of the annual report for 2021 including the board’s proposal of no payment of dividends to the owners for the fiscal year 2021. The annual report is available on the corporate web site (www.eksportfinans.com).
The annual general meeting elected the board of directors. Linda Rimstad from Danske Bank was elected as a new board member, replacing Line Hødal Torgersen, who left the board. All remaining board members were re-elected. Furthermore, Lars Espevik from Nordea was elected as a new member to the nomination committee, replacing Ingrid Bratheim.

The company has not granted new loans since the government established a fully state owned entity responsible for new officially supported export loans in 2012.
