Eksportfinans' annual general meeting 2023
Eksportfinans’ annual general meeting for 2023 took place on Thursday March 9, 2023. All proposed cases were resolved, hereunder the approval of the annual report for 2022 including the board’s proposal of no payment of dividends to the owners for the fiscal year 2022. The annual report is available to the right.
The annual general meeting elected the board of directors. Louise Haahjem from Nordea and Tore Olaf Rimmereid from Hafslund were elected as new board members. Bjørn Berg from DNB was elected as new chairperson, he has been a board member since 2014. In addition, deputy chairperson Toril Eidesvik and board member Linda Rimstad were re-elected to the board.
Sigurd Carlsen, Thomas Falck and Ole Anders Næss are stepping down from the board and were duly thanked by the general meeting for their valuable input and contributions to the company.
In addition, Marius Andreassen has been elected as a new employee representative to the board by the employees. Siri Brustad was re-elected as an observer on behalf of the employees.
