Eksportfinans' annual general meeting 2024
The meeting took place on Thursday March 14, 2024. All proposed cases were resolved, hereunder the approval of the annual report for 2023, including the approval of the board’s proposal of NOK 320 million in dividends to the owners for the fiscal year 2023. The annual report is available to the right.
The general meeting was also informed about the recent acceptance from Finanstilsynet of Eksportfinans' application to reduce its core capital by NOK 1 billion. The amount will be paid out to the shareholders.
The annual general meeting elected the board of directors. All board members up for election were re-elected. The nomination committee was also re-elected.

Eksportfinans manages a portfolio of loans to the Norwegian export industry and foreign buyers of Norwegian capital goods. The company has not granted new loans since the government established a fully state owned entity responsible for new officially supported export loans in 2012.
