Eksportfinans’ annual general meeting for 2021 took place on Thursday March 11, 2021. All proposed cases were resolved, hereunder the approval of the annual report for 2020 including, but not limited to, the approval of NOK 44 million in dividends to the owners for the fiscal year 2020.
